Returns, Exchanges & Pre Orders



Thank you for shopping at Wish & Wonder. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and with tags intact. All returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in perfect, unused, unaltered, unwashed and saleable condition with original packaging and tags intact. We have a right to refuse a refund if any of these conditions have not been met. 

We recommend using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged garments in transit and advise you to obtain proof of purchase such as a tracking number.

If you wish to return an item, simply email to request a returns form, quoting your original order number and the reason for the return. We will email you a returns form which you need to complete and enclose with the garment in its original packaging.

We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 days to show in your bank account. 

Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to issue a credit note or to return the item(s) to you.



Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please feel free to email us at or DM us on Instagram/Facebook @wishandwonderlondon if you need any information & measurements to determine your perfect size before purchasing.



If any item/s are purchased on a 'Pre Order' basis these are ordered in especially for you and therefore we can not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item/s are faulty.



All products which are 'Made to Order' are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation as these are cut and sewn once your order is placed to your specific requirements.
