We hope you love the product as much as we did creating it. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in perfect, unused, unwashed and saleable condition with original packaging and tags intact.
We recommend using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged garments in transit and advise you to obtain proof of purchase.
If you wish to return an item, simply email email@example.com to request a returns form, quoting your original order number and the reason for the return. We will email you a returns form which you need to complete and enclose with the garment in its original packaging.
We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 days to show in your bank account.
As all our products are Limited Edition, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any goods.
